So, I just finished a profile I started making in 2011 XD The pet in question is Haggis. I'd love any feedback you can give me; anything that looks off or doesn't work in your browser? Please tell me which browser and screen resolution you have so I can try to find what's causing it. Don't like something about the profile itself, layout, colours or whatever? Please tell me :)
[edit] If anyone reading this thread knows how to get rid of the unnecessary scrolling space at the bottom of the page, please let me know? 0:-)
The first thing that pops out is the unnecessary scrolling on the profile. I'm personally not a big fan of the drop shadow you used, especially since it's really dark, a darker green might look better. The treasure chest items don't end with the header for my resolution of 1920x1080. If you are able to code it, a centered layout would look better on a bigger screen. And the pet spotlight is a bit weirdly positioned.
But it's really good for your first profile! c:
Unnecessary scrolling as in, that the story is located below the photo? Hm, I really want to use that photo but I'm not sure how to fit the description around it, lol. Maybe a drop-down thingy that makes the story appear over the photo would work better? And I have no idea where to put the pet treasure XD
So, to-do-list for tomorrow:
Unneccessary as in the box for the story ends but I can still scroll and there's just a green space with nothing. I'm not against the fact that your profile scrolls^^ The treasure positioning would be good if you align it with the image for all screen sizes. Right now it moves a bit to the right on bigger screens.
I've moved the treasure over to the other side and changed the colours somewhat, but I can't figure out what causes the extra scrolling space. Anyway, thank you for all your feedback! :)

She means on your layout, the graphics themselves.
http://i40.tinypic.com/30kvo5i.png That's all wasted space. It would look better if you could edit the graphics so that the box ends where the writing ends (and preferably where the treasure ends too, so that everything ends together).
Ah ok. I had the text space large enough so that the text of the longest section would fit inside. I find scrollbars ugly but haven't yet managed to code a scrollbar cover that works in different browsers :/ Anyway, I've shortened the unused space and moved the treasure chest within the story section. Thank you! :)
